A second 5-acre park in Neighborhood E will be <br /> Fi completed within the next two years (Machado Checklist,2006). <br /> The closest regional recreational facility to the project area is the Bethany Reservoir Park in <br /> Alameda County west of the Mountain House Community. The closest regional park in San <br /> Joaquin County is the Durham Ferry State Recreation Area along the San Joaquin River east <br /> F�l <br /> of Tracy. Larch Clover County Park is located in Tracy(EDAW, 2005b). <br /> SIGNIFICANT IMPACTS IDENTIFIED IN 2005 SPIIIEIR <br /> r <br /> One potential impact regarding additional demand for public parkland was identified in the <br /> 2005 SPIIIEIR.
