Infrastructure for these utilities has been <br /> provided in the neighborhoods already occupied and currently under construction. The <br /> Altamont Heights project site would have to be annexed into the MHCSD before the <br /> infrastructure could be extended to serve the proposed project. Water supply includes a raw <br /> water supply under a contract between the MHCSD and the Byron-Bethany Irrigation <br /> District,treatment at a plant owned and operated by the MHCSD, and distribution including <br /> booster pump stations,pipelines and storage tanks.
