Other requirements may also apply. These requirements cannot be <br /> modified. <br /> A. State on revised site plans the maximum number of employees and customers the sewage <br /> disposal system is being designed for. In addition, show on revised plans that the leach field <br /> area will be barricaded so it cannot be driven over,parked on, or used as a storage area. This <br /> leach field area must be used for that specific purpose only, and it cannot contain any <br /> underground utility lines (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1110.4(c)(5)). <br /> In addition,the revised site plan shall incorporate the 100% designed sewage disposal <br /> replacement area. <br /> NOTE: The site plan did not show the existing well in its' proper location. In addition,building <br /> #4 has an existing septic system also not shown on site plan. <br /> B. The existing private water wells shall be tested for the chemical Dibromochloropropane <br /> (DBCP)and nitrates prior to final occupancy approval. Samples are to be taken and analyzed <br /> by a State-approved laboratory(San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1115.7). <br />
