Dedication to result in a forty-two(42)foot wide right-of-way from the centerline of Grant Line Road to <br /> the property line shall be required across the frontage of the parcel. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1150.5) <br /> 4. The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee shall be required for this development. The fee is due and payable at <br /> the time of building permit application. (The fee currently is $752.00 per 1000 gross square foot of <br /> building designated as Manufacturing in the Tracy area. The fee shall be automatically adjusted July 1 of <br /> each year by the Engineering Construction Cost Index as published by the Engineering News Record. <br /> (Resolutions R-00433) <br /> 5. A copy of the Final Site Plan shall be submitted prior to release of building permit. <br /> 6. Verification shall be obtained from the Solid Waste Division(468-3066)that this development has met <br /> the requirements of the Waste Plan Format for Development Projects. Final Site Plan is required upon <br /> submittal of verification. <br /> 7. Applicant shall obtain a Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan(SWPPP)permit from the State Water <br /> Resources Control Board prior to the beginning of any construction. <br /> 8.
