August 22, 2007
NOA Project Number: E07109A
E 4.2 Methods of Mitigation
QBecaus:-- of the result of themtrate loading calculation,no mitigation measures are warranted.
. ------- w
. 5.0 CONCLUSIONS AND RECOMMENDATIONS
Based on the assumptions discussed in this report, our office believes the proposed project will not
cause a build up of nitrates above 10 mg/L-N in the ground water. We recommend the EHD
guidelines be followed for the construction of a standard septic system. Groundwater was
encountered at a depth of 7.5 feet.
4
! 6.0 LIMITATIONS
The conclusions of this report are based on the information provided regarding the existing and
f proposed development, the use of the subject property, and the site conditions as they existed at the
f time we excavated our test holes and performed the percolation tests. It was assumed that the test
f holes and percolation test results are representative of the subsurface conditions in the general area.
- Our professional services were performed, our findings obtained, and our conclusions proposed in
accordance with generally accepted engineering principles and practices. This warranty is in lieu of
all other warranties either expressed or implied. Test findings and statements of professional
opinion do not constitute a guarantee or warranty, expressed or implied.
i
NEIL O.ANDERSON&.ASSOCIATES, INC.
! 1 Nanc maer,B.A. avid Welch,Principal Geologist
Staff cientist CEG-2151, CHG-653,PGP-1049
SSpNAt GFaI
a4 DAM J.WELCH
* N0.2151
CERT1AF0
ENGINEERING
GEOLOGIST
OF CA110P
I S
I
