CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> PA-1300223 <br /> HOGAN <br /> One-year Time Extension request for the Lot Line Adjustment application no. PA-1300223 was <br /> approved by the San Joaquin County Community Development Department on October 9, 2015. <br /> This approval will expire on September 9, 2016, which is 12 months from the initial effective date of <br /> approval, unless a Notice of Lot Line Adjustment has been recorded and a Record of Survey has <br /> been filed, if required by the Land Surveyors'Act. <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all Ordinance Requirements shall be complied with prior to approval of a <br /> Notice of Lot Line Adjustment. <br /> 1. COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT (Contact Staff: Rick Griffin, [209]468-3154) <br /> a. APPROVAL: This approval is for a Lot Line Adjustment between two parcels. Parcel One to contain <br /> 17.27 acres and Parcel Two to contain 3.77 acres as shown on the site plan dated January 13, 2014. <br /> b. NOTICE OF LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT: A"Notice of Lot Line Adjustment'shall be recorded prior to <br /> conveyance of property through deeds by the owner. Legal descriptions of the resultant properties <br /> shall be submitted to the Surveyor's Division for review and forwarding to the Community <br /> Development Department. The legal descriptions shall be prepared, stamped, and signed by a <br /> Registered Civil Engineer, qualified to practice Land Surveying per Section 8731 of the Land <br /> Surveyors'Act, or a Licensed Land Surveyor.
