The EIR 89-7 did not identify mitigation measures for the coexistence of the Agricultural chemical <br /> facility and the previous proposed subdivision. An amended EIR shall be prepared to address this <br /> concern. <br /> B. The Environmental Health Department requires a soil suitability/nitrate loading study incorporating <br /> proposed onsite liquid waste dischare and indicating that the area is suitable for onsite wastewater <br /> treatment disposal system(s). This must be performed prior to acceptance of the application(San <br /> Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1105.2(d)). A nitrate loading study is required,and a <br /> review fee of$465.00 must be paid at time of submittal to the Environmental Health Department. <br /> The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on site sewage standards of San Joaquin County <br /> prior to approval. A percolation test that meets absorption rates of the manual of septic tank practice <br /> or E.P.A.Design Manual for onsite wastewater treatment and disposal system is required for each <br /> parcel. A permit fee of$93.00 per percolation hole is required. <br /> C. The project shall be served by a public sewer collection and treatment system constructed in <br /> conformance with the requirements of the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department and <br /> the Department of Public Works. A waste water treatment plant study acceptable to the Department <br /> of Public Works and San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department is required prior to the <br /> approval of the improvements plans of any work within the site(San Joaquin County Development <br /> Title, Section 9-1105.2). <br /> D. Connection to an approved public water supply system is required(San Joaquin County Development <br /> Title, Section 9-1120.2) <br /> a. Test well will be required to meet the following: <br /> 1. Water quality tested to meet Title 22,CCR (Safe Drinking Water Act),requirements. <br /> 2. Water quantity tested to show an adequate source. <br /> 3. Results approved by the Environmental Health Department and County Public Works prior to <br /> final approval of improvement plans. <br /> b. A letter from the water supplier will be required stating that they have the capacity to serve the <br /> development and that the system meets State standards prior to recording the final map(San <br /> Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1100.3). <br /> ME d <br />
