Grooms Road APN: 207-280-03 <br /> INFORMATION: <br /> The site is not currently located within a Federal Flood Insurance Administration Designated Flood Hazard Area. <br /> Grooms Road has an existing right-of-way width of 40-feet and a planned right-of-way width of 50-feet. <br /> The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee shall be required when parcels are developed. Drainage from the improved portion of each Parcel shall be retained on-site by a retention basin (18-inch <br /> maximum depth). Drainage for each pond shall be calculated by a registered civil engineer, an architect,or a <br /> licensed contractor,prior to issuance of the Building Permit.
