L <br /> LNovember 21,2006 <br /> NOA Project Number: E06044B <br /> 3.3 On-Site Septic Repair Permit History / <br /> No septic repair permits were found for the Site during file review at EHD on September 16,2006. <br /> L3.4 Existing Septic Tank Usage in the Vicinity <br /> LIn an attempt to determine the septic system density for the vicinity of the Site, our office reviewed <br /> a 2002 aerial photograph of the subject property available from Microsoft Terraserver. We counted <br /> the building clusters within one square mile of the Site,and made the assumption that each b <br /> Lcluster has one septic system.
