We counted
the building clusters within one square mile of the Site, and made the assumption that each b
Lcluster has one septic system. Using this method,we determined that there are a minimum o 40
septic systems per square mile in the immediate vicinity of the Site.
LThe general area consists of agriculture with a few residences.
3.5 Septic Permit History in the Vicinity
LThe following septic system permits were found for the vicinity of the Site during file review at /
EHD onSeptember 16,2006:
L
Table 1.
Vicinity Septic System Permit Summary.
Address,Date Tank Lines, Length, Pits Comments
Capacity
14921 South Victory Road 1500 gal Two,75'leach lines New installation to /
11-6-70 Two,14'x 4'x S'seepage pits residence
15499 South Victory Road 1600 gal Four,40'leach lines New installation to
1-25-91 Four,25'x 42" seepage pits residence
The septic systems in the area appear to utilize leach lines and pits.
3.6 Septic Repair Permit History in the Vicinity
r
No septic system repair permits were found for the vicinity of the Site during file review at EHD on /
L September 16, 2006.
3.7 Expected On-Site Maximum Septic Tank Usage
I
Maximum expected usage on each proposed parcel would be for a primary residence and second
dwelling unit.
