L <br /> LMay 16,2006 <br /> NOA Project Number: E06044A <br /> �I 2.2 Aerial Photographs <br /> L• Aerial photographs depicting the subject property dated 1937,1952,1963,1975 and 1983 were reviewed <br /> at the San Joaquin County Surveyor's Office in Stockton, California.2 Two additional photos, dated <br /> 1993 and 2002,were obtained from Microsoft Terraserver' <br /> In the 1937 photo, the subject property appears to be an open field. Surrounding properties are <br /> agricultural and grazing land with scattered rural residences. <br /> LIn the 1952 photo, the subject property is row crops. It appears that there are structures on the <br /> IL southwest comer of the subject property,and trees are along the eastern property line.The surrounding <br /> properties are similar to the previous photo. <br /> In the 1963 and 1975 photo,the subject property and its immediate vicinity remain relatively unchanged <br /> Lfrom the previous photo. <br /> ` In the 1983 photos, the subject property appears to be a field used for agricultural purposes. The <br /> subject property and its immediate vicinity otherwise appear relatively unchanged from the previous <br /> photo. <br /> V <br /> In the 1993 and 2002 photo,the subject property and its immediate vicinity remain relatively unchanged <br /> Lfrom the previous photo. <br /> These photos are included in Appendix C of this report. NOA's ability to interpret the land uses is <br /> Llimited by the scale and quality of the photos. <br /> 2.3 USGS Topographic Maps <br /> LThe topographic quadrangle depicting the subject property is the U.S. Geological Survey, Escalon, <br /> California,quadrangle map. One 7.5-minute map dated 1968 photo inspected 1976,was available at <br /> L NOA. <br /> In the topographic map,the subject property is depicted as open land and located at approximately 140 <br /> feet above mean sea level. An irrigation canal defines the northern boundary of the property, and <br /> L Grooms Road defines the southern boundary.
