Fassi property # 47 of trackt No. 2 Lodi , Ca. 95240 <br /> Renters: <br /> Robert Priest and Stephanie Priest rent the property at 6909 E Haight rd, Lodi , ca. <br /> 95240 <br /> Robert Priest and Stephanie Priest: <br /> we have 10 of our own dogs that are from show stock and are also dogs used <br /> for showing at AKC and TOEBA dog shows. <br /> No Boarding of any dogs or persons entering property because of our dogs. <br /> we are responsible dog owners with all of our dogs being current on there shots. <br /> Rabies three year "shots <br /> Due on December 9, 2011. <br /> Vetrenarian Records are available and shots were given at Pet care 1014 Douglas <br /> Blvd. Roseville, Ca. 95678 <br /> The dogs are kept in the proposed dog run, aprox. 20 X 40 the dogs are protected by <br /> wire fencing connected to T-Bar posts <br /> The dogs have dog houses with a -carport shelter to protect them from the weather and <br /> other animals. <br /> This is a dirt and grass area. <br /> All animal waste is collected daily. <br /> They are 'given 'clean water and food twice daily. <br /> Access to the property. only family comes to the property. <br /> No Boarding of any dogs or persons entering property because of our dogs. <br /> No outside parties come to the property for viewin <br /> or for purchases of the animals. our dogs are not Lr sale or public view. <br /> Parking Modification: A/B Base. <br /> Roadway to the. property' is gravel and meets our needs very well to enter and exit <br /> the house tog ain access to <br /> our vehicles. <br /> we are serviced by PG&E for power and this is for household use. we have no power <br /> going to the dog run and don't <br /> need any power at the dog run. <br /> The house uses septic waste and.'is not. tied into the dog run in any way. waste is <br /> taken -off the property and .pl aced 3 <br /> in the waste at my job. <br /> The Dogs are comfortable and happy. we dove our dogs as our children and plan to <br /> stay here in Lodi for some time. <br /> Robert Priest & Stephanie Priest <br /> 6909 E Haight rd <br /> Lodi , ca. 95240 <br /> 209-642-9925 <br />
