Potable water Lines are approximately 3'-6'deep from existing pavement rade in Hammer Lane,north of the project site. Describe any existing drainage courses or eroded areas on or near the project site(e.g.,rivers,creeks,swales or drainage ditches): No existing drainage courses exist on the project site. Land,Land Use and Biota Describe the site's topography(e.g.,land forms,slopes,etc.): The project site is generally flat with no visible and/or significant slopes.
