CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> PA-1300126 <br /> METTLER TRUSTIWONG ENGINEERS, INC. <br /> Lot Line Adjustment Application No. PA-1300126 was approved by the Community Development <br /> Department on September 6, 2013, which is the effective date of approval. This approval will expire <br /> on March 8, 2013,which is 18 months from the effective date of approval, unless a Notice of Lot Line <br /> Adjustment has been recorded and a Record of Survey has been filed, if required by the Land <br /> Surveyors'Act. <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all Ordinance Requirements shall be complied with prior to approval of a <br /> Notice of Lot Line Adjustment. <br /> 1. COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT (Contact Staff: Megan Aguirre, (209)468-3144) <br /> a. APPROVAL: This approval is for a Lot Line Adjustment between two parcels as shown on the site <br /> plan dated July 29, 2013. Parcel One to contain 18.00 acres and Parcel Two to contain 22.33 acres. <br /> b. NOTICE OF LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT: A"Notice of Lot Line Adjustment'shall be recorded prior to <br /> conveyance of property through deeds by the owner. Legal descriptions of the resultant properties <br /> shall be submitted to the Surveyor's Division for review and forwarding to the Community <br /> Development Department. The legal descriptions shall be prepared, stamped and signed by a <br /> Registered Civil Engineer, qualified to practice Land Surveying per Section 8731 of the Land <br /> Surveyors'Act, or a Licensed Land Surveyor. (Development Title Section 9-872.4) <br /> 2.
