S A Nd O A Q U I N COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT <br /> SITE APPROVAL <br /> FILE NUMBER: <br /> ENVIRONMENTAL INFORMATION <br /> Attach additional sheets as necessary) <br /> Topography <br /> Describe the project site's topography: <br /> The site contains graded aggregate base yards in the rear and central areas with the central area showing visible ruts and settlement throughout, <br /> trafficked by semi-trucks.The westernmost portion of the property near 1-580 is not developed and appears to be native soil,previously used for <br /> agriculture and farming,but currently used like a junk yard.The southern portion of the site,near 1-580 is topographically higher than the north end of the <br /> site,bounded by the aqueduct.The site generally grades from low to high toward the SW.Slopes are gradual and graded areas are generally flat. <br /> Describe any existing drainage courses or eroded areas on or near the project site: <br /> Biological Resources <br /> Describe any wildlife habitat or species on-site: <br /> The site is a leveled field that is being used for truck and equipment storage. Overall the site is biologically unremarkable <br /> Identify any waterways and/or riparian habitat that may be disturbed by the proposed project:(See Chapter 9-1510 of the <br /> Development Title for Riparian Habitat Regulations): <br /> No waterway or riparian habitat have been identified on-site <br /> Identify any Native Oak trees, Heritage Oak trees or Historical trees that may be disturbed by the proposed project:(See Chapter 9- <br /> 1505 of the Development Title for Tree Regulations): <br /> No special-status plants or potentially suitable habitat for special-status plants were observed in the site.Due to lack of suitable habitat,it is unlikely that special status plants occur in the site. <br /> Cultural Resources <br /> Describe any items of historical or archaeological interest on-site: <br /> A cultural resources investigation has not been completed for the site at this time. <br />
