CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> REVISIONS OF APPROVED ACTION FOR <br /> SA-93-49 <br /> CONCRETE PRODUCTS, INC. <br /> Revision of Approved Action Application for Site Approval Application No. SA-93-49 was approved <br /> by the San Joaquin County Community Development Department on October 9, 1995. The effective <br /> date of approval is October 19, 1995. This approval will expire on December 31, 1995, unless (1) <br /> all Conditions of Approval have been complied with, (2) all necessary building permits have been <br /> secured and remain in force, and (3) all necessary permits from other agencies have been secured <br /> and remain in force. <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all Conditions of Approval and Ordinance requirements shall be fulfilled <br /> prior to the establishment of the use and the issuance of any building permits. Those Conditions <br /> followed by a Section Number have been identified as Ordinance requirements pertinent to this <br /> application. Ordinance requirements cannot be modified, and other Ordinance requirements may <br /> apply. <br /> 1. COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT (Staff Contact: Chandler Martin) <br /> a. APPROVAL: This approval is for a Revision of Approved Actions for approved Site <br /> Approval No. SA-93-49. <br /> 2. PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT (Staff Contact: Tom Iwamiya, 468-3023) <br /> a. REVISION OF APPROVED ACTIONS: The Revision of Approved Actions for Site <br /> Approval No. SA-93-49 is approved to make the following revisions to Public Works <br /> Conditions of Approval Nos. 1, 5 and 11 only: <br /> (1) Hansen Road shall be improved to County Standards for a Rural Residential <br /> Road (24 feet wide) using a Traffic index of 8.0 from the norther right-of-way line <br /> of the Southern Pacific Railroad to the north line of APN 209-110-10. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1150.2(aj) <br /> Hansen Road shall be improved to County Standards for a 60-foot right-of-way, <br /> local industrial road across the frontage of APN 209-110-10 and APN 209-230-21. <br /> The improvements shall be designed using a Traffic index of 8.0 from the south <br /> line of the concrete bridge across the California Aqueduct to the southerly line of <br /> APN 209-110-10 and a Traffic index of 6.0 from the southerly line of APN 209-110- <br /> 10 to the southerly line of APN 209-230-21. <br /> (5) The project shall be served by a terminal drainage system which meets the <br /> requirements of the County when such service becomes available. The project <br /> shall be designed to provide adequate drainage for the development, which has <br /> the ability to be connected to a terminal drainage system. <br /> A drainage study shall be required to determine that this development will not <br /> have any adverse effect on adiacent properties. <br /> Conditions of Approval - 1 - SA-93-49 <br />
