PARCEL 5: That portion of the Southwest Quarter of Section 35, Township 2 South, Range 4 East, Mount Diablo Base and Meridian: Beginning at the Southwest corner of said Section 35; thence running along the South Line of the Southwest Quarter of said Section 35, South 881 44' 16" East, 25.00 feet, to a point in said South Line; thence running parallel to the West Line of the Southwest Quarter of said Section 35, North 00 37' 35" East, 791.76 feet, more - or less, to the Southwesterly right-of-way line of the California Aqueduct; thence running along said Southwesterly right-of-way line, North 780 49' 09" West, 25.43 feet, to its point of intersection with said West Line; then running along said West Line, South 01 37' 35" West, 796.16 feet, more or less, to said point of beginning. NOTE: Parcels 2 - 5 herein described is only being included so as to avoid the Company being the cause of excluding it from deeds or encumbrances, but NO INSURANCE is to be provided as to said parcel.
