Miles <br /> Beneficiary/Lender Chase Manhattan Bank USA, N.A., a National Banking <br /> Association <br /> Dated August 15, 2003 <br /> Recorded September 5, 2003 in Official Records under Recorder's <br /> Serial Number 2003-204186 <br /> Returned to 1500 N. 19th St., Monroe, LA 71201 <br /> NOTE: Said Deed of Trust appears to secure a Revolving Line or Equity <br /> Line of Credit. If this loan is to be paid off and reconveyed through this <br /> transaction, the Company will require a written statement from the <br /> Beneficiary/Lender that a freeze is in effect on the account, and that the <br /> demand for payoff from the Beneficiary/Lender states that a reconveyance <br /> will be issued upon payment of the amounts shown therein. <br /> The Beneficiary/Lender may be assisted in freezing this account by <br /> receiving a creditline freeze authorization letter signed by the <br /> Trustor/Borrower/Seller with the request for payoff demand. Anything to the contrary in the <br /> policy or endorsements thereto notwithstanding, said parcel is NOT INSURED even <br /> though it may be included as part of the description of the land described or <br /> referred to in the policy. The Company requires that the insured(s) acknowledge in <br /> writing that they understand this. Should a request, however, be made for <br /> insurance in this regard, it must be referred to the Title Department for an <br /> appropriate response. <br /> 22. The effect of instruments, proceedings, liens, decrees or other matters which do <br /> not specifically describe said land but which, if any do exist, may affect the title or <br /> impose liens or encumbrances thereon.
