Prior to final occupancy approval applicant shall make application to operate a public water <br /> system to Environmental Health Department in accordance with the San Joaquin County <br /> Development Title, Section 9-1115.6,9-1115.9, and the California Health and Safety Code, <br /> Section 116525 through 116570. <br /> NOTE: The existing well was drilled under permit#77-581W. Applicant shall contact Adrienne <br /> Ellsaesser, Lead Senior R.E.H.S. of Environmental Health Department at (209) 468- <br /> 0343 to determine if well can be used for this requirement. <br /> D. Construction of individual sewage-disposal-system(s)under permit and inspection by the <br /> 1/02/ a1 Environmental Health Department is required at the time of development as determined by <br /> the Soil Suitability Study(San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1110.3 & 9- <br /> 1110.4). <br /> NOTE: The existing residence septic system was installed under permit#88-2465 for the <br /> residence that is proposed for an office complex. <br /> E. Refuse, garbage, and other solid waste material must be stored, removed and transported to <br /> an approved landfill in accordance with San Joaquin County Ordinance Code, Section 5- <br /> 2400. <br /> F. Demolition of all dilapidated structure(s) and removal of all demolition material from <br /> premises to an approved landfill site are required in accordance with San Joaquin County <br /> Ordinance Code, Section 5-2401. <br />
