Hansen Road,Tracy <br /> The San Joaquin County Development Title Requirements listed below have been identified as <br /> pertinent to this project. Other requirements may also apply. These requirements cannot be <br /> modified. <br /> A. The Environmental Health Department requires a soil suitability/nitrate loading study <br /> incorporating proposed staff and customer use, indicating that the area is suitable for septic <br /> system usage. This must be performed prior to issuance of building permit(s) (San Joaquin <br /> County Development Title, Section 9-1105.2(d)). A review fee of$475.00 must be paid at <br /> time of submittal to the Environmental Health Department. <br /> The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on site sewage standards of San Joaquin <br /> County prior to approval. A percolation test that meets absorption rates of the manual of <br /> septic tank practice or E.P.A. Design Manual for onsite wastewater treatment and disposal <br /> system is required for each parcel. A permit fee of$95.00 per percolation hole is required. <br /> B. State on revised site plans the maximum number of employees and customers the sewage <br /> disposal system is being designed for. In addition, show on revised plans that the leach field <br /> area will be barricaded so it cannot be driven over,parked on,or used as a storage area. This <br /> leach field area must be used for that specific purpose only, and it cannot contain any <br /> underground utility lines(San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1110.4(c)(5)). <br /> In addition,the revised site plan shall incorporate the 100%designed sewage disposal <br /> replacement area. <br /> C. The existing well was drilled under permit#77-581W. Should the number of non-resident <br /> individuals exceed 24 for at least 60 days per year, or the number of service connections <br /> exceed four, a yearly permit to operate a public water system will be required by the <br /> Environmental Health Department(San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9- <br /> 1120.2 and 9-1115.9.). <br /> The supplier must possess adequate financial,managerial, and technical capability to assure <br /> delivery of pure,wholesome, and potable drinking water in accordance with San Joaquin <br /> County Development Title, Sections 9-1120.2 and 9-1115.9 and C.C.R., Title 22,and Health <br /> and Safety Code, Section 116525 through 116570. <br />
