This project is to be located at 26955 S. Hansen Rd. in Tracy <br /> approximately 2.20 miles from the Interstate 580 (1-580)/Schulte Rd. intersection. The <br /> Department has the following comments: <br /> • Please submit a site plan that includes the dimensions for the distances between any <br /> improvements proposed by this project and any State Highway facilities that may be <br /> nearby and potentially affected. The I-580 mainline may be adjacent to this project <br /> area, and impacts by this project cannot be determined by the Department until a site <br /> plan is submitted. <br /> • Any sign advertising a business not "on premise" will require an Outdoor Advertising <br /> Display Permit. Please include the location of the proposed 672 square foot off- <br /> premise <br /> ffpremise sign with the submittal of your site plan.
