The frontage improvement for Hansen Road shall be constructed in conformance with the standards for one-half <br /> of a 60-foot right-of-way Local Industrial street. The fee currently is $5,060.00 per 1,000 gross square foot of building designated <br /> as retail service in the Tracy area. The fee shall be automatically adjusted July 1 of each year by the <br /> Engineering Construction Cost Index as published by the Engineering News Record.)(Resolutions 00433) <br /> 6. The Regional Traffic Impact Fee shall be required for this development. The fee is due and payable at the time <br /> of building permit application. The fee currently is $1,040.00 per 1000 gross square foot of building. The fee is <br /> based on the current schedule. (Resolution R-06-38) <br /> 7. A copy of the Final Site Plan shall be submitted prior to release of building permit. <br /> 8. Verification shall be obtained from the Solid Waste Division(468-3066)that this development has met the <br /> requirements of the Waste Plan Format for Development Projects. Final Site Plan is required upon submittal of <br /> verification. <br /> 9. A drainage report defining facilities necessary to pass runoff from the off-site drain way passing through the site <br /> shall be approved prior to issuance of any Building Permit. The off-site drainage facilities shall be kept separate <br /> from the on-site facilities.
