PA-0600514 Project Planner: MO HATEF <br /> PROPERTY ADDRESS 26955 S HANSEN RD TRAC <br /> Re: SA: SITE APPROVAL APPLICATION TO CONDUCT SALES AND DISTRIBUTION OF BUILDING <br /> MATERIALS AND CONSTRUCTION AND LUMBER PROCUREMENT SITE AND OPERABLE VEHICLE <br /> STORAGE FOR RECREATIONAL VEHCILES, BOATS AND BOAT TRAILERS. <br /> BUILDING DIVISION <br /> The Building Division has reviewed the site plan and project description. There does not appear <br /> to be any major problems associated with the proposed construction as shown. A building <br /> permit will be required and the appropriate submittal documents prepared by a registered <br /> engineer or licensed architect shall he submitted for complete review and approval. <br /> The Building Division has reviewed the site plan and project description and has noted the <br /> following issues that must be addressed. <br /> OCCUPANCY: (classify proposed and existing) <br /> Proposed occupancy: Group Division <br /> Existing occupancy: Group Division <br /> The proposed use will change the occupancy from a � Q--30 occupancy to a <br /> b" occupancy (UBC Section 3405). The structure must be brought into <br /> compliance with all current code provisions including structural, plumbing, mechanical, <br /> electrical, energy and disabled access requirements. A licensed architect or registered engineer <br /> shall prepare all documents. <br /> An occupancy separation of hour is required to separate the <br /> occupancy from the occupancy. <br /> AREA: <br /> El The existing structure exceeds the allowable floor area permitted by the Uniform Building Code <br /> for a( ) occupancy or type ( )construction.
