At that time, he was informed that <br /> several proc:dtlrnl items must first be handled before an extension of water services could be <br /> provided. <br /> First- the Citv of Stockton's General Plan designates the project site for Agriculture. The use the <br /> applicant is proposing for this site is not permitted under this designation. According to the City <br /> Man:,er Administrative Procedures Directive PW-012 and the City's General Plan, City water <br /> service shall not be extended to a use that does not conform to the City's General Plate.
