CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> PA-1500116 <br /> GRANITE CONSTRUCTION CO.INORTHSTAR ENGINEERING GROUP, INC. <br /> Lot Line Adjustment application no. PAA500116 was approved by the, San Joaquin County <br /> Community Development Department on September 23, 2015, which is the effective date of <br /> approval. This approval will expire on March 24; 2017,which is 18 months from the effective date of <br /> approval, unless a Notice of Lot Line Adjustment has:been'.recorded and a Record of Survey has <br /> been filed, if required by the Land Surveyors'Act. <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all Ordinance Requirements shall be complied with prior to approval of a <br /> Notice of Lot Line Adjustment. <br /> 1. COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT (Staff Contact: Rick Griffin, [209]468-3154) <br /> a. APPROVAL: This approval is'for a Lot Line Adjustment between two parcels as shown on the <br /> site plan dated July 16, 2015. <br /> b. NOTICE OF LOT LINE.ADJUSTMENT: A "Notice of Lot Line Adjustment' shall be recorded <br /> prior to conveyance of property through deeds by.the owner. Legal descriptions of the resultant <br /> properties shall be submitted to the Surveyor's Division for reviewand forwarding to the <br /> Community-Development Department. The legal descriptions shall be prepared, stamped and <br /> signed by a Registered Civil Engineer, qualified to practice Land-Surveying per Section 8731 of <br /> the Land Surveyors'Act, or a Licensed Land Surveyor.
