Two - 1200 gallon tanks. Connection of the two tanks to be watertight. See attached <br /> schematic and product information. <br /> 2. - Tanks to remain as high as possible in elevation- 12 inches below grade <br /> 3. Zabel filter on second tank-Model Number A1801-HIP-SF. Tanks must be pumped and <br /> filter washed at alarm activation. <br /> 4. Use Zabel Z200D Flow Director to"rest" leachfield "A" and "B" — U.s- U 4 I { evv4 v�Lc e <br /> 5. Leachline depth to have maximum cover of 12 inches and a minimum of 6 inches. <br /> 6. Grass in leachfield area and leachfield area to be barricaded so that it cannot be parked or <br /> driven over(ORD/EHD 05). <br /> 7. Proposed monitoring protocol to include augering below leachlines after two years to <br /> analyze effluent in vadose zone for nitrate content. <br /> 8.
