The Water Supply Facilities Impact Mitigation Fee will be required for this development. <br /> The fee is due and payable prior to issuance of the building permit. The fee currently is <br /> $159.00 per 1,000 gross square foot of building as Manufacturing. The fee shall be <br /> automatically increased on January 1 of each year through the year 2005 at the rate of <br /> 7.66 percent. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-818.4 and Resolutions R-91-327, R-94-185 and R-97-5) <br /> 5. A copy of the Final Site Plan shall be submitted prior to release of building permit. <br /> 6. Verification shall be obtained from the Solid Waste Division (468-3066) that this <br /> development has addressed the items on the attached Waste Plan Format for <br /> Development Projects. <br /> 7. A traffic study will be required to determine the impacts and mitigations (of all existing <br /> and proposed developments, SA-99-51 and SA-99-57) at the following locations: <br /> A. Roth Road, between Interstate 5 and Airport Way <br /> B. Harlan Road, from Roth Road to one-half mile north <br /> C. Roth Road and Harlan Road intersection <br /> D. Roth Road and McKinley Avenue intersection <br /> E. Roth Road and Airport Way intersection <br /> F. Entrances to parcel on both Roth Road and Harlan Road. <br /> The developer shall deposit funds with the County for all costs, as estimated by the <br /> Department of Public Works Public Facilities Division, prior to Department of Public Works <br /> preparing or contracting for the required study.
