Other Requirements may also apply. These <br /> Requirements cannot be modified. <br /> A. A soil suitability study/nitrate loading study indicating that the area is suitable for <br /> septic tank usage must be performed prior to acceptance of the application as required <br /> by Section 9-1105.2(d) of the San Joaquin County Development Title. A nitrate <br /> loading study is required and a review fee of $390.00 must be paid at time of <br /> submittal to Environmental Health Division. <br /> The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on site sewage standards of San <br /> Joaquin County prior to approval. A percolation test that meets absorption rates of <br /> the manual of septic tank practice or E.P.A. Design Manual for onsite wastewater <br /> treatment and disposal system is required for each parcel. A permit tee of$78.00 per <br /> percolation hole is required. <br /> (ORD/EHD) <br /> B. The existing private water wells shall be tested for the chemical dibromochloro- <br /> propane (DBCP) and nitrates prior to recordation of the Parcel Map. Samples are to <br /> be taken and analyzed by a State-approved laboratory. (San Joaquin County <br /> Development Title, Section 9-1115.7). <br /> C. State on revised site plans the maximum number of employees the sewage disposal <br /> system is being designed for and that the leach field area will be barricaded so it <br /> cannot be driven over, parked on, or used as a storage area. This leach field area must <br /> be used for that specific purpose only and cannot contain any underground utility <br /> lines.
