(5) Aisles between truck parking areas shall be a minimum of fifty-five(55) feet wide. (Development <br /> Title Section 9-1015.6[d][2]) <br /> (6) All parking stalls and directional arrows must be delineated with paint. (Development Title <br /> Section9-1015.5[d]) <br /> e. LIGHTING: Lighting shall be provided and comply with the following: <br /> (1) If the parking area is to be used at night, parking lot and security lighting shall be installed. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1015.5[g]) <br /> (2) Any lighting shall be designed to confine direct rays to the premises. No spillover beyond the <br /> property lines shall be permitted except onto public thoroughfares,provided, however,that such <br /> light shall not cause a hazard to motorists. (Development Title Section 9-1015.5[g][4]) <br /> f LANDSCAPING: Landscaping shall be provided and comply with the following: <br /> (1) All areas not used for buildings,parking,driveways,walkways, approved outdoor storage areas, <br /> or other permanent facilities shall be landscaped. <br /> (2) One tree shall be planted in the automobile parking area. (Development Title Section 9- <br /> 1020.5[b]) <br /> 2. CITY OF LATHROP <br /> a. The owner shall enter into an updated Deferred Frontage Improvement Agreement with the City <br /> of Lathrop reflecting the City's updated Master Plans, Circulation Element and Standard Details <br /> for Roth Road. <br /> b. An Irrevocable Offer of Dedication along Roth Road shall be required to provide for a minimum of <br /> one-half of 104 feet of right-of-way with additional right-of-way at the Harlan Road intersection as <br /> required by the traffic study. <br /> c- Any work within the Roth Road right-of-way will require an encroachment permit from the City of <br /> Lathrop. <br /> 3 DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS (Seethe attached memo dated July 13, 1999.) <br /> 4.
