L <br /> A Customer Driven Company <br /> PROJECT DESCRIPTION <br /> Pilot Travel Centers LLC is the national operator of Travel Centers serving the motoring public. We <br /> currently operate in excess of 270 Travel Centers making Pilot the largest retail operator in the country. <br /> Our facilities are located at interchanges on heavily traveled interstates and highways.We are planning to <br /> construct a new Pilot Travel Center off Interstate 5 and Roth Road. The development will Include a new <br /> building approximately 10,300 square feet to include a mercantile area, a McDonald's restaurant with a <br /> drive thru, a Subway restaurant and professional driver amenities. The building will have a cement base <br /> stucco finish with a troweled finish. The primary color will be"row house tan"with"tycoon brown" <br /> accents. The main entrance will be accented by an arched entry with double glass doors and red metal <br /> accent roof. The site will be professionally developed with fuel services to include 6 gasoline dispensers <br /> and 10 diesel fueling lanes under separate canopies. For automobile ingress and egress two 30' access <br /> cuts off Roth Road will be needed. Truck Ingress and egress will require one 50'access cut for ingress <br /> and one 50'access cut for egress. We will have approximately 74 auto parking spaces and 113 truck <br /> parking spaces. A certified truck scale by Catscale will be provided in the commercial truck area. <br />
