(Development Title Section 9-915.2) <br /> 2. Remainder shall be designated as "Designated Remainder" on Parcel Map. (Subdivision Map Act <br /> Section 66445) <br /> 3. For future development of"Designated Remainder" improvements shall be provided in accordance with the <br /> adopted County development policies for 'Division 11: Infrastructure Standards and Requirements" of the <br /> San Joaquin County Development Title, and shall be noticed by a statement on the Parcel Map. (Subdivision <br /> Map Act Section 66424.6) <br /> 4. All easements of record shall be shown on the Parcel Map. (Development Title Section 9-910.20) <br /> Informational Notes: <br /> (i.) Any construction activity that results in the disturbance of at least one(1) acre of soil shall require a State <br /> NPDES construction permit. Dischargers whose projects disturb 1 or more acres of soil or whose projects <br /> disturb less than I acres, are required to obtain coverage under the General Permit for Discharges of <br /> Storm Water Associated with Construction Activity(Construction General Permit, 99-08DWQ) <br /> (www.swrob.ca.gov/stormwtr/gen_const.html#const_permit). Construction activity subject to this permit <br /> includes clearing, grading and disturbances to the ground such as stockpiling; or excavation,but does not <br /> include regular maintenance activities performed to restore the original line, grade, or capacity of the <br /> facility. <br /> (ii.) All future building permits for projects located within a Special Flood Hazard Area at the time of permit <br /> issuance shall meet the San Joaquin County flood hazard reduction requirements(Title 9, Chapter 9-1605) <br /> and all requirements of the State of California(CCR Title 23)that are in force at the time of permit <br /> 'issuance.
