HARNEY LANE <br /> F1 LODI, CALIFORNIA <br /> OUR PROJECT NUMBER: E07198B <br /> -� 1.0 INTRODUCTION AND PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT <br /> Our office was contracted by Ellen-Fayed— ileki of Hieb Family 1990 Trust to conduct a soil <br /> suitability study for the property at 10400 Ei Harney Lane, Lodi, California. There are two <br /> addresses associated with this site ouaty-68dress 10400 E. Harney Lane, and mailing address <br /> I <br /> 10726 E. Harney Lane). <br /> The soil suitability study (SSS) was conducted to determine whether the soils are suitable for <br /> use with a septic system. The study was performed according to the requirements of Section <br /> 9-1105.2(4) of the San Joaquin County Development code. A major element of the field work <br /> included conducting percolation tests that meet the required absorption rates as required by <br /> San Joaquin County, Public Health Services, Environmental Health Department (EHD). <br /> In addition to conducting the percolation tests, a review of published soil information, geologic <br /> Fi maps, and ground water information was performed to evaluate the suitability of soils for use <br /> with a septic system. <br /> The formatting of this report has been designed to follow, to the greatest degree possible, the <br /> EHD's Soil Suitability Study Requirements Checklist, dated July 14, 2003. <br /> 1.1 Site Description <br /> 0G 5 -'��o of <br /> The Assessor's Parcel Number (APN) for the Site is 063-080-23. The parcel is 47.27 acres in 1/ <br /> size (Plate 1). The county application number is currently pending. The site is currently <br /> _ _ planted in vineyard. <br /> The elevation of the Site, according to a United States Geological Survey topographic map, <br /> ranges between 60 to 65 feet above mean sea level. The land grades down gently to the <br /> southwest. <br /> FiAccording to the San Joaquin County Community Development Department (www.co.san- <br /> joaquin.ca.us), the subject property is zoned AG-40, general agriculture with a minimum parcel ✓ <br /> size of 40 acres.
