Thelma E. Hieb Revocable Trust Page 7
Our Project Number: E07202B
December 20, 2007
Septic System Construction should follow the San Joaquin County On-Site Wastewater Disposal
Standards where applicable.
7.0 CONCLUSIONS
In summary, the parcel appears suitable for an engineered septic system. We recommend a
Civil Engineer prepare a septic system design for Parcel 1 unless additional percolation testing
on the Parcel indicates a satisfactory rate is achieved and approved by the EHD.
No ground water was encountered in any of the borings drilled on the property to a maximum
depth of 23.80 feet. The on-site water well was tested for nitrate and DBCP. These results are
still pending and will be submitted to the county in a separate letter.
` 8.0 LIMITATIONS
L The conclusions of this report are based on the information provided regarding the existing and
proposed development, the use of the subject property, and the site conditions as they existed
at the time we excavated our test holes and performed the percolation tests. It was assumed
that the test holes and percolation test results are representative of the subsurface conditions in
the general area.
LOur professional services were performed, our findings obtained, and our conclusions proposed
in accordance with generally accepted engineering principles and practices.
