The tower is located in <br /> near proximity to residential area that would prevent crop dusting to occur.Additionally the tower is a stealth pole that is in <br /> the appearance of a pine tree and the placement of the light would be counterproductive due to the fake foliage.Any light <br /> that would bleed out would potentially create a nuisance to the surrounding residences.
