Description of the proposed Revisions: The removal of the above mentioned condition requiring the installation of a red light at the vertical mid-point of the tower. 2. State he facts showing the changes in circumstances which make the subject condition(s)no longer appropriate or necessary. The FAA and Airport Commission have determined that the light on this structure is note required. The tower is located in near proximity to residential area that would prevent crop dusting to occur.Additionally the tower is a stealth pole that is in the appearance of a pine tree and the placement of the light would be counterproductive due to the fake foliage.Any light that would bleed out would potentially create a nuisance to the surrounding residences. In the desire to blend the tower into its surroundings a stealth pole(monopine),which is more costly than a standard monopole was chosen to be installed to make it friendly to its placement in this neighborhood.
