Other requirements may also apply. These requirements cannot be <br /> modified. <br /> A. Construction of individual sewage-disposal-systems) under permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Department is required prior to approval of Improvement Plan (San <br /> Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1110.3 & 9-1110.4). <br /> NOTE: Applicant did not propose any facilities for human waste disposal. Considering 3 <br /> employees working potentially 9 hours a day, 6 days a week, plus delivery personnel, a <br /> restroom with hand-washing capability shall be provided. <br /> B. Construction of individual domestic water well under permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Department is required at the time of development (San Joaquin <br /> County Development Title, Section 9-1115.3), <br /> NOTE: The existing well on this parcel is not part of the leased area for this composting activity. <br /> Applicant will need to demonstrate legal access to the existing well and determine it can <br /> produce enough capacity for dust control and fire concerns or drill a new well for the <br /> needs of this project. <br /> C.
