Environmental Health Department requires a soil suitability/nitrate loading study <br /> incorporating proposed number of staff and parishioners,indicating that the area is <br /> suitable for septic tank usage. This must be performed prior to issuance of building <br /> permits(San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1105.2(d)). A nitrate <br /> loading study is required,and a review fee of$465.00 must be paid at time of <br /> submittal to Environmental Health Department. <br /> The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on site sewage standards of San <br /> Joaquin County prior to approval. A percolation test that meets absorption rates of <br /> the manual of septic tank-practice or E.P.A. Design Manual for onsite wastewater <br /> treatment and disposal system is required for each parcel. A permit fee of 593.00 per <br /> percolation hole is required. <br /> B. Construction of individual sewage-disposal-system(s)under permit and inspection by <br /> the Environmental Health Department is required at the time of development based on <br /> the Soil Suitability/Nitrate Loading Study findings(San Joaquin County Development <br /> Title, Section 9-1110.3 c 9-1110-4), <br /> Page: 1 of 2 <br />
