May 27 , _ 1999 <br /> San Joaquin County Community Development Department <br /> I am firmly opposed to the proposed Labor Camp applied for <br /> by Jose Rios on Harney Lane. <br /> A 400 single adult labor camp is to large in this area, <br /> even if phased in over 4 years, because of the long <br /> response time for law enforcement for security of my <br /> neighborhood and the additional traffic on country roads . <br /> Four hundred working adults making $50 . 00 a day generates <br /> $20, 000 . 00 a day or $100, 000 . 00 in a 5 day work week, I am <br /> concerned about what element is drawn to this location to <br /> sell everything from drugs and alcohol to prostitution and <br /> firearms . <br /> For these reasons I feel you should not approve the Jose <br /> Rios application for a labor camp. <br /> Steven Breitenbucher <br /> 15727 N.
