San Joaquin County <br /> Daphne Shawcopy <br /> City of Stockton <br /> Harvey Williams,Ph.D. San Joaquin County <br /> May 12 , 1989 <br /> TO: San Joaquin County Planning Department <br /> FROM: San Joaquin Local Health District <br /> Environmental Health Division <br /> RE: GP-89-8/UP-89-2 Revision <br /> GP-89-8 : <br /> The Health District has no conditions to impose on this <br /> application . <br /> UP-88-2 Revised : <br /> The following are conditions and/or concerns that must be <br /> addressed prior to the operation of the proposed landfill : <br /> 1 . A Solid Waste Disposal Site Permit must be issued prior <br /> to operation. <br /> 2 . The necessary permits for the proposed septic system <br /> must be obtained from the Health District . <br /> 3 . A new well will be required at the site for a domestic <br /> water supply and will be required to be grouted to a <br /> depth as determined by the Health District based on the <br /> well log at the time of construction . A minimum of a <br /> 100 foot grout seal will be required . <br /> 4 . Existing wells which are to remain on the site , shall <br /> be inspected by the Health District and shall be <br /> brought into compliance with surface sealing and casing <br /> height requirements as outlined by the Rules and <br /> Regulations of San Joaquin Ordinance 01862 . <br /> 5 . A description of the site and its boundaries shall be <br /> recorded with the San Joaquin County Recorder prior to <br /> operation . A copy is to be filed with the Health <br /> District. <br /> 6 . The existing underground irrigation system shall be <br /> identified . As the landfill develops into the areas <br /> where the irrigation system is located that section of <br /> the irrigation system will be completely removed from <br /> the ground . <br />
