UP-88-2 Revised : The following are conditions and/or concerns that must be addressed prior to the operation of the proposed landfill : 1 . A Solid Waste Disposal Site Permit must be issued prior to operation. 2 . The necessary permits for the proposed septic system must be obtained from the Health District . 3 . A new well will be required at the site for a domestic water supply and will be required to be grouted to a depth as determined by the Health District based on the well log at the time of construction . A minimum of a 100 foot grout seal will be required . 4 . Existing wells which are to remain on the site , shall be inspected by the Health District and shall be brought into compliance with surface sealing and casing height requirements as outlined by the Rules and Regulations of San Joaquin Ordinance 01862 . 5 . A description of the site and its boundaries shall be recorded with the San Joaquin County Recorder prior to operation . A copy is to be filed with the Health District. 6 . The existing underground irrigation system shall be identified . As the landfill develops into the areas where the irrigation system is located that section of the irrigation system will be completely removed from the ground .
