The study is to determine if the site will support
residential housing with respect to on-site septic systems. The San Joaquin County Sewage k
Standards, dated 11196 and the San Joaquin Development Title are applicable to this
development. y LL
SITE BACKGROUND INFORMATION
L
The area is an existing vineyard.A residence-exists on Parcel.1. Parcel 2 is a vineyard. A
cattlefeed lot exists on Parcel 1 also. The Agricultural Commissioner's Office reported on Aug. 1,
2001 negative results for a file check on chemical use by permit. The access for parcel 1 is along
the east side of Parcel 2. A joint access road(gravel)exists.
