Sparrowk
Mailing Address:POB 657, Clements, Ca. 95227
Situs Address: 18352 E. Harney Ln,Lodi, Ca.
Use Description: Ag.
Acres: 319.0 Acres
This report applies to proposed parcel split of Tentative Map creating two lots.
The requirement for this report is found in The Development Title, San Joaquin County
in Section 9-905.12
HISTORY OF PARCEL
Mr. Sparrowk acquired the property in 1989. A small portion is used as a feed lot for cattle and
the remainder is in grapes. A mobile home is in place. A domestic well serves the property. An
auxiliary source is from an irrigation well that serves the grape vineyard and provides fire
service via a 10,000 gal.- /-, tank.(See Photograph No.3)
Exhibit D shows no chemical activity from 1995 to present as recorded by the
Office of the Agricultural Commissioner of San Joaquin County.
The proposed parcels have access from Harney Lane via an all weather road. (Photograph No.2)
)MIAL EWIQ INSPECTION(a)
A field inspection was completed on Aug. 4, 00. No evidence of chemical spraying was found
on the feed lot. The feed and molasses is hauled in by truck. A small above ground fuel source
exists for diesel and gasoline.(Photograph No. 4)
The area associated with the feed lot is to expand in order to grow silage for the cattle. I spoke
with the worker named Antonio on my visit. No odor from the feed lot was detected. For a feed
lot the area is very clean.(See Photograph No.I for entry sign on Harney Lane.)
RECORDS SEARCH
The Environmental Health Records were examined for nearby contamination sites with
negative results.
This report does not constitute a health report. No soil or water samples were analyzed for this
report, however water samples were taken for the Soil Suitability Study which will be completed
if the Tentative Map is approved.
