Other Ordinance Requirements may also <br /> apply. Ordinance Requirements can not be modified. <br /> a. A soil suitability study as required by Section 10100 of the <br /> San Joaquin County Development Code must be performed prior to <br /> recordation of final map or letter of approval indicating that <br /> the area is suitable for septic tank usage. <br /> b. The existing private water wells shall be tested for the <br /> chemical Dibromochloropropane (DBCP) prior to recordation of <br /> the Final Map in concurrence with the soil suitability study. <br /> Samples are to be taken and run by a State-approved lab. <br /> C. The well must be repaired under permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Division as follows: Discharge pipe from <br /> irrigation well must be plumbed twice its diameter over the <br /> top of the standpipe to eliminate the existing cross <br /> connection. Also provide a cement seal at the base of the <br /> pump. <br /> d. Construction of an individual domestic water well on parcel #1 <br /> under a well permit and inspection by the Environmental Health <br /> Division at the time of development. <br /> e. Construct an individual sewage disposal system(s) on parcel #1 <br /> under a permit and inspection by the Environmental Health <br /> Division at the time of development. <br /> A Division of San Joaquin Counry Health Care Services �� <br />
