ii <br /> it <br /> CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL. <br /> JOAN PIACENTINE AND JOYCE PA77ERSON <br /> LA-98-21 <br /> Lot Line Adjustment Application No. LA-98-21 was approved by the San Joaquin County Community <br /> Development Department on May 7, 1998,which is the effective date of approval. <br /> Unless otherwise specified,all Ordinance requirements shall be compiled with prior to a roval of a <br /> Notice of Lot Line Adjustment. pp <br /> K <br /> This approval will expire on November fi, 1999, which is 18 months from the effective date of <br /> approval, unless a Notice of Lot Line Adjustment has been filed with and accepted by the County <br /> Surveyor. it <br /> 1. COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT: <br /> M <br /> A "Notice'of Lot Line Adjustment" shall be recorded prior to conveyance of property through deeds <br /> by the ow'ner. Legal descriptions of the lands to be exchanged shall be submitted to the Surveyor's <br /> Office for review and forwarding to the Community Development Department. The descriptions shall <br /> be stamp`d and signed by a Registered Civil Engineeror a Licensed Land Surveyor. <br /> i <br /> 2. DEPARTMENTOF PUBLIC WORKS: <br /> a. A[Recorded Deed is allowed, but if points or lines are set, a Record of Survey is required. A <br /> new legal description shall be submitted to the Surveyor's Office for review.
