De Palma <br /> APN: 245-080-07 <br /> Dear Mr. Crosby: <br /> The South San Joaquin Irrigation District has reviewed the application named above and requests that <br /> the following conditions of approval be adopted for this minor subdivision application: <br /> 1. The owner shall execute the necessary documents and agreements to provide forthe abandonment <br /> of service and the removal of irrigation structures for those parcels which will not continue to <br /> receive irrigation water. With regard to the "re-parceling" it should be noted that it is the <br /> responsibility of the individuals involved and not the District to provide for private irrigation <br /> facilities and easements, should it be determined that a need exists for irrigation service to new <br /> parcels. <br /> 2. If irrigation service is to continue to the newly created parcels the owner shall conform to the <br /> following requirements: <br /> a. Dedicate a private irrigation easement to the benefit of all parcels which do not have access <br /> to water and show said easement on map. If the easement cannot be dedicated with the map <br /> a note may be placed on the map adjacent to the proposed easement stating that"a minimum <br /> 20 foot wide private irrigation easement shall be conveyed across said parcel at the time of <br /> conveyance or transfer to new owners.
