COMMENTS ON DEVELOPMENTS MS-92-155 3 . The owners of parcels along the west side of Helen Lane from Foppiano Lane to project site shall execute Irrevocable Offers of Dedication to result in a twenty-five foot (251 ) wide right-of-way measured from the center line of Helen Lane plus a 20' X 20' corner cut-off (snipe) . The owner of APN 086-410-2 or the owners of APN 086-410-12 and 14 shall execute an Irrevocable Offer to Dedicate a five foot (51 ) wide right-of-way along the access road of APN 086-410-7 and any required corners or corner cut-offs.
