Page 3-14, in the third paragraph the discussion regarding the determination of the 200-year <br /> floodplain elevations by the State shall be revised to say that the local agency is responsible for <br /> determining the 200-year floodplain boundaries and elevations, as well as ensuring that the <br /> necessary improvements to provide 200-year protection are ultimately provided. <br /> 2. Page 3-22 under"Approvals Required for the Project' add the following bullet: <br /> Central Valley Flood Protection Board Encroachment Permit for all work done on Old <br /> River, its levee and within fifteen feet of its levee toe. <br /> 3. Page 5-108 Under"Flood Protection at Old River", change the last line of the first paragraph to <br /> read as: "The FEMA-designated 100-year base flood elevation is 10.4 feet referenced to the North <br /> American Vertical Datum of 1988".
