Project Location and Adjoining Land Uses <br /> The project is located within the Mountain House community, which is located in the southwestern <br /> portion of San Joaquin County, approximately 3 %: miles west of the City of Tracy. The project <br /> consists of two Major Subdivision applications (also referred to as "Tentative Maps' or"proposed <br /> subdivisions"): one encompassing all of Neighborhood K (Major Subdivision Application No. PA- <br /> 1000267), and one covering most of Neighborhood L (Major Subdivision Application No. PA- <br /> 1000266). (Note: The portion of Neighborhood L not included in the Tentative Map is located at the <br /> southeast corner of Neighborhood L and is referred to as the Cunha property.) Neighborhood K and <br /> Neighborhood L are located in the northeastern portion of Mountain House. (See Figure 1) <br /> Land Uses Adjoining the Neighborhood K Tentative Map. Land uses adjoining the Neighborhood <br /> K Tentative Map would be as follows: <br /> • To the west Some low-and medium-density housing development would occur in <br /> Neighborhood I to the east(adjacent to medium-high density housing in Neighborhood K), <br /> and a portion of Old River Regional Park would adjoin the Neighborhood K park uses at the <br /> northern boundary. The golf course in Neighborhoods I and J would also adjoin <br /> Neighborhood K, across Central Parkway, Central Parkway would serve as the eastern and <br /> southern boundary for much of Neighborhood K. <br /> 1 <br />
