Grant Line Road is the location of Bill Rayher's property (approximately 1,600 feet southwest of Neighborhood D), where a 200- to 500-gallon farm UST containing unknown fuel Was indicated in 1989. This location does not appear to be a potential risk to the Site property due to its distance to the Site property and the small size of the tank. • ' 18500 Henderson Road is the location of the Mountain House Community Service.Wastewater Treatment Plant (an adjoining southern property, Neighborhood I.). Information regarding notice of public hearings and amendments to the Specific Plan for the wastewater treatment plant and its requirement were indicated in the file review. Past file review information indicated the following: • Future Mascot Boulevard and Altamont Parkway is the former location of the 8-inch and 10- inch diameter pipelines, formerly operated by Shell and reportedly removed in the 1960s.
