Phase I Environmental Site Assessment
Neighborhoods D,K,L,and Town Center,Mountain House,California
Page 10
• 19822 Grant Line Road
• Grant Line Road/Mountain House Parkway
• 17263 Finck Road
• 14680 Patterson Pass Road
The databases specified by ASTM are. commonly subject to infrequent and partial updating. This is
especially true of those locations that no longer warrant inclusion in a given database. It is therefore not
unusual to fail to find supporting documentation for locations identified.in the ASTM specified database
search on file with local regulatory agencies.
4.2 ADDITIONAL ENVIRONMENTAL RECORD SOURCES
4.2.1 San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department
Addresses for the Site properties and selected off-site properties identified in the government databases
were submitted to the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (SJCEHD) and the non-
confidential portions of their files were researched.
Submitted locations:
• 18100 Byron Road, San Joaquin County (Site address/A.PN 209-040-09)
• 18621 Byron Road, San Joaquin County(Site address/APN 209-030-04)
• 17263 Finck Road
• 17529 Grant Line Road
• 18601 Grant Line Road (Site address/APN 209-450-13)
• 18815 Grant Line Road (Site address/APN 209-450-12)
{ • 19720 Grant Line Road
• 19822 Grant Line Road
• Grant Line Road/Mountain House Parkway
• 18500 Henderson Road(Site address/APN 209-170-02)
r • 17590 Kelso Read, San Joaquin County(Site address/APN 209-030-03)
14680 Patterson Pass Road
* 911 Tradition Street(Site address/APN 209450-11)
SJCEHD had two records for the submitted locations:
• 19822 W. Grant Line Road is the location of Bill Rayher's property (approximately 1,600 feet
southwest of Neighborhood D), where a 200- to 500-gallon farm UST containing unknown fuel
Was indicated in 1989. This location does not appear to be a potential risk to the Site property due
to its distance to the Site property and the small size of the tank.
• ' 18500 Henderson Road is the location of the Mountain House Community Service.Wastewater
Treatment Plant (an adjoining southern property, Neighborhood I.). Information regarding notice
of public hearings and amendments to the Specific Plan for the wastewater treatment plant and its
requirement were indicated in the file review.
Past file review information indicated the following:
• Future Mascot Boulevard and Altamont Parkway is the former location of the 8-inch and 10-
inch diameter pipelines, formerly operated by Shell and reportedly removed in the 1960s. These
two crude oil pipelines were located approximately five feet below ground surface (bgs) and
trended northwest/southeast through Neighborhood D and adjoining properties to the west and
C
t'
1 CONDOR
