Sanborn Fire Insurance Maps are not available <br /> for the Site. Copies of the topographic maps, aerial photographs, and city directory abstracts are included <br /> in Appendix F. <br /> USES topographic maps dated 1914, 1968, and 1978 were reviewed. The 1914 map shows the Site in a <br /> rural area. A road is located along the southern boundary of Neighborhood D. A structure is located <br /> southeast of Mountain House Creek, a structure (indicated as a church) is located on the northeastern <br /> comer, and roads are located along the northern and eastern boundaries of Town Center. Three small <br /> b drainages end in the south and southwestern portions of Neighborhood K. Old River is located along the <br /> p northern and northeastern boundaries of Neighborhoods K and L. Mountain House Creek drainage <br />? (flowing to the northeast) extends into Old River in Neighborhood L. A road and the San Francisco and <br /> New Orleans Line railroad right-of-way (both are northwest/southeast trending) are located along the <br /> south and southwestem.boundary of Neighborhood L. Bethany Ferry,is located in the northeastern corner <br /> of Neighborhood L. <br /> The 1968 map.shows three small structures and a barn along the southern boundary road in Neighborhood <br /> D. A pipeline (northwest/southeast trending) and;a high voltage electrical line (northeast/southwest <br /> trending) are indicated in Neighborhood D. Two small structures and two barns with an access road that <br /> extends to _the eastern boundary have been added east of Mountain House Creek in Town Center. <br /> Patterson Pass Road is the road located along the eastern boundary and Byron Road is the road located <br /> along the northern boundary of Town Center; Byron Road is realigned west of the intersection of Byron <br /> Road and Patterson Pass Road. The structure in the northeastern corner of Town Center is no longer <br /> indicated as a church. A levee is indicated on the southern side of Old River(Neighborhoods K and L). In <br /> Neighborhood K, the three drainages are no longer indicated,but a north/south trending waterway leading <br /> to a pump is centrally located along the northern boundary and a southeast/northwest trending waterway <br /> is located in the eastern portion of Neighborhood K. Byron Road is the road located along the southern <br /> boundary of Neighborhood L and Southern Pacific is the name of the railroad right-of-way northeast of it. <br /> Mountain House Creek appears to be rerouted and widened with a levee around it in Neighborhood L. A <br /> barn and two small structures with a north/south trending access road that extends into the southern <br /> adjoining properties are located east of Mountain House Creek.
