Polychlorinated biphenyls(PCBs) <br /> `-f Two old electrical transformers were observed stored on a pile of railroad ties in the <br /> northwestern portion of the small farm complex on APN 209-450-12 (Neighborhood D). <br /> One electrical transformer was observed on a utility pole (next to an irrigation pump) <br /> along the northern boundary of Neighborhood K. Three. electrical transformers were <br /> observed on the southeastern portion and one on the northwestern portion,of APN 209- <br /> 170-02: three were marked as non-PCB containing. No staining was indicated on the . <br /> transformers or on the soil beneath. <br /> 10. Unidentified substance containers <br /> Five-gallon buckets were noted throughout the construction headquarters area (Town <br /> Center). <br /> 11. Stained soil or pavement <br /> 12. Pits,ponds, or lagoons <br /> Water was observed in the northern portion of Mountain House Creek. A possible <br /> stormwater retention basin is located in the northeastern corner on APN 209-450-13. Two <br /> waste water treatment reservoirs are located in the southeastern portion of Neighborhood L. <br /> 13. Stressed vegetation <br /> 14. Solid waste <br /> A small bin of old tires is located <br /> In the northwestern portion of the small farm complex <br /> on APN 209-450-12 (Neighborhood D). A mixed pile of brush and old household items: <br /> is located along the southern boundary and an abandoned car is located in the northern <br /> portion of Neighborhood D. An.abandoned car is located in the central portion of Town <br /> I Center. . <br /> 15. Wastewater <br /> Two waste water treatment reservoirs are located in the southeastern portion of <br /> w Neighborhood L. <br /> t 16. Wells <br /> h. A domestic well was observed southwest of the house on APN 209-450-12. A domestic <br /> well was observed northeast of the house on APN 209-450-13. A well is located <br /> northwest of the construction headquarters in Town Center. <br /> 17. Debris . <br /> A pile of broken asphalt is located in the northwestern corner of Neighborhood D. <br /> Multiple small piles of soil, a few mixed with broken concrete and rusted metal items, are <br /> located in the southeastern portion of Neighborhood K. A pile of broken concrete, rusted <br /> metal items, and household debris are located in the northwestern comer, minor <br /> household debris are located in the northeastern corner, and piles of concrete and broken <br /> asphalt are located along the southern boundary of Neighborhood L. A pile of concrete.. <br /> debris is located on the west side of Mountain House Creek. A small pile of construction <br /> debris is located along the western boundary of Town Center. <br /> i <br /> 5.3 INTERIOR OBSERVATIONS <br /> No buildings were entered with the exception of the barn on APN 209450-12 in Neighborhood D. The <br /> barn is dilapidated.
