Several properties were identified in the EDR search of available <br /> government records. Only one property had a relevant file and no recognized environmental <br /> conditions were identified in conjunction with this property(MasterPlan, Chapter 6,Section <br /> 6.8.2,Page 6.14). <br /> 4. Pesticide and herbicide testing of soils was completed as part of the Limited Phase 11 ESA for <br /> j Neighborhoods D, K, and L and Town Center. The results of this testing indicated detectable <br /> pesticide or herbicide residues in the soil samples at or above the laboratory detection limits <br /> (Master Plan, Chapter 6, Section 6.8.4,Page 617). <br /> 5. Only three of the pole-mounted transformers observed on-Site were marked as non-PCB <br /> containing. However, no staining was observed on any of the transformers or on the soil <br /> beneath. As of the time of this report, Condor has not received documentation regarding <br /> possible spills. (Master Plan, Chapter 6, Section 6.P,Page 6.20). <br /> 6. Safety of canals is a concern.of Trimark and BBID. BBID posts signage restricting canal <br /> access at points of public access. Canal 120 is proposed to be plugged under Grant Line Road <br /> and the canal will be removed from Neighborhood C. The segment of Canal 120 located <br /> south of Grant Line Road will then be used as a reservoir with water supplied from Canal <br /> 155. The segment of Canal 155 located ori Neighborhood C is proposed to be removed and <br /> rerouted under the proposed Altamont Parkway. Improvements to the canal levees are also <br /> proposed (for more detail, see Section 7.4 of this report). Trimark proposes no additional <br /> '. access restrictions (MasterPlan, Chapter 6,Section 6.8.4, Page 6.18). <br /> ° 7. The PG&E natural gas.line traversing Town Center is anticipated to be integrated into the <br /> community's infrastructure plan, as noted in Section 7.2 of this report (Specific Plan 1, <br /> Section 6.6.2). <br /> 10.0 DEVIATIONS <br /> The San Joaquin County Recorder's Office records were not reviewed and only preliminary title records <br /> were provided by the one of the owners(Trimark Communities, Inc). No buildings were entered with the <br /> exception of the bam on APN 209-450-12 in Neighborhood D. <br /> _`� CONDOR <br />
