Recitals shown or noted upon a map as follows: <br /> Map Entitled Parcel Map <br /> Filed On June 21, 1995 in Book 20 of Maps, at Page 30 <br /> Which Says As follows: <br /> 1. This map refers to Minor Subdivision Application no. 94-50. <br /> 2. Further development or Subdivision of Parcel 1, is subject to the <br /> provisions of the Mountain House Master Plan and Specific Plan 1, <br /> as applicable, this shall include, but not be limited to, the required <br /> setbacks from Mountain House Creek and future road rights-of- <br /> way. <br /> 3. No additional building permits may be issued on Parcel 1 until the <br /> Public Land Equity Program ordinance, (PLEP) as described in the <br /> Public Financing Plan for Mountain House, has been adopted and <br /> codified. <br /> 4. Pursuant to Section 66411.1 of the Government Code of California, <br /> owner is to install all improvements as required by County Planning <br /> Division Minor Subdivision Application No. M5-94-50, approved <br /> r March 18, 1995, prior to the issuance of a Building Permit or other <br /> Grant of Approval for Development of the Parcel shown hereon. <br /> 5: The Access Easement to Parcel 1 is subject to revocation in <br /> accordance with the needs of the developments of the Mountain <br /> House Community. In the event that the easement is revoked, the <br /> Development causing the revocation, shall provide an alternate All <br /> Weather Access Easement to Parcel 1 and pay for all improvement <br /> costs on and off Parcel 1 to facilitate the change. <br /> 11.
